When a concern or complaint is raised, we will:

* Listen carefully and gather any relevant information.
* Review the matter fairly and respectfully.
* Work towards an appropriate resolution where required.
* Communicate the outcome and any actions taken.
As a small independent business, we maintain an open and approachable culture where honest conversations are encouraged. We are committed to treating all feedback seriously and using it as an opportunity to learn, improve and create positive outcomes for our clients, our community and our business.

We encourage open and honest communication and are committed to ensuring that anyone who raises a concern can do so without fear of unfair treatment. Concerns will be handled confidentially where possible, and we do not tolerate retaliation, discrimination or intimidation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith.
